Barbara Marx Hubbard (1929-2019) was a visionary, futurist, and evolutionary educator. She was the cofounder and chair of the board of The Foundation for Conscious Evolution, and cofounder of the Association for Global New Thought and The World Future Society. In 1984 she became the first woman to have her name placed in nomination for the vice presidency for the United States on the Democratic ticket. She was a guide and teacher for The Shift Network’s Agents of Conscious Evolution training.
