Welcome to New Dimensions Radio!
Stop for just a moment, and listen to your heart beat. That steady pulse marks the rhythm of your life from before you were born until you draw your last breath. Chances are you rarely notice it. But what if that rhythm, and the many rhythms and beats that can act as counterpoint to one another, hold a key to healing your body, your mind, even your broken heart? Reinhard and Cornelia Flatischler work with nature's complex rhythms to unlock powerful dimensions of healing and consciousness. Through their research and their vast experience teaching TaKeTiNa workshops, in which participants express complex rhythms with voice and movement, the Flatischlers have demonstrated that these exercises can take us to a state of deep inner peace and timelessness. They can relieve pain, promote emotional health, and even reverse symptoms of Alzheimer's disease. As Cornelia explains, "Rhythm is just a tool we work in. But you're really going into a journey where you learn to listen to yourself, and this listening guides you more and more in a very, very deep state. You learn new strategies that truly nourish you, and help you enter a new place to deal with challenge or chaos or falling out of rhythm in your daily life." (hosted by Justine Willis Toms)
