For more than two decades Hart has traveled the planet listening to the musical beat of other cultures and developing a global awareness of issues affecting all life. Here he speaks of his personal journey as a virtuoso percussionist with the legendary Grateful Dead rock band, his encounters with drum masters from around the world, the sacred myths of percussion and his talks with mythologist Joseph Campbell. He reminds us of how humanity throughout history has worshipped to the sound of drums, gongs and rattles. (hosted by Michael Toms)
