As a young man Hale Dwoskin discovered a man with a remarkable history. Given two weeks to live by his doctors, Lester Levenson intuited a way to let go of all limitations. He lived forty more years. Levenson's techniques became known known as The Sedona Method® and Dwoskin realized the dissemination of these methods was his life's work. The Sedona Method® is a simple process that consists of a series of questions you ask yourself that lead your awareness to what you are feeling in the moment and gently guide you into the experience of letting go. It taps into your natural ability to let go of the whole way of seeing the world that prevents you from being fully present as that presence of awareness that you already are. Dwoskin says, “The stories come and go, the suffering comes and goes, any sense of contraction or limitation comes and goes, but that which you are is always here, always now.” And that which you are is enough.
