"Dance on both feet, balance the advancing and the yielding, the stepping and the picking up," advises Al Huang, master of T'ai Chi and author of Quantum Soup and Embrace Tiger, Return to Mountain. A longtime friend of Alan Watts, with whom he wrote Tao: The Watercourse Way (Pantheon 1977), Huang touches on those principles of inner dancing that make life a joy. "To take the S out of cosmic and enjoy what's left." (hosted by Michael Toms)
