It's true: Our thoughts, prayers and intention can affect the health and well-being of others. The late Elisabeth Targ, M.D. and Marilyn Schlitz, Ph.D. are at the forefront of this discovery. In this dialogue they discuss how the research and study of consciousness has progressed steadily to a new era of human possibilities. "Probably the most challenging aspect of consciousness studies is the idea that perhaps consciousness is non-local . . . there is a transpersonal capacity for the mind aspect of our being to reach out and to touch other people, even at a distance." suggests Schlitz. "We are only just beginning to look at the issue of subjective experience. It is beginning to broaden our sense of how big this question of consciousness is. . . . It is getting more and more interesting," says Targ. (hosted by Michael Toms)
