Understanding the basis of learning and how the brain works lie at the core of Pearce's message, which is both disturbing and inspiring. His natural fervor and steady presentation of facts challenge the mind to recognize its limitations while seeing its possibilities. Borrowing liberally from the visions of physicists as well as mystics, Pearce shows us how, through understanding Nature's astonishingly magnificent process, we can literally change our world. He also delivers a powerful indictment on the inherent dangers of TV watching, especially for young children. (hosted by Michael Toms)
