Welcome to New Dimensions Radio!
Everything about life - birth family, emotions, inner voices, coincidences - is all part of the intricately woven tapestry of your spiritual path. Learning to see it as such, and to heed the lessons it offers, has led Jeff Brown to transition from working as a criminal attorney to a psychotherapist to a writer and soul-path teacher. Through it all he's gained an understanding of what it takes to find the courage to heal your emotional wounds, and let go of the expectations you've had for your life, so that your true life's purpose can emerge. However, he's the first to acknowledge how difficult it can be to embrace a soul-centered life. He explains, "The more we postpone it, the more armored we are, disconnected from our center, the more it seems very frightening and uncomfortable to open up the emotional material, which often happens first. But if we want to live an authentic existence, we have to make the choice to start to create space for that in our world. We have to. Otherwise we have truth-aches. We have various symptoms of agitation and discomfort and frustration - or sickness. It just seems easier to start surrendering to it, than to go through what you'll go through if you keep ignoring it." He's been there, and he can help you discover the wealth of teaching you already hold in your heart. (hosted by Michael Toms)
