Tarnas, influenced by his Jesuit education and liberal arts background, discusses the fundamental shift in the Western worldview, comparing it to past transformations like the Renaissance and the end of the classical era. He highlights the influence of Eastern thought and the importance of reconnecting with the Western tradition while integrating new perspectives. This deep dialogue also touches on the repression of the feminine in Western culture and the potential for a new archetypal consciousness that embraces both masculine and feminine principles. (hosted by Michael Toms)
