Do you take the time to cultivate true happiness? Do you even know what true happiness is? Born into a Tibetan nomadic family and recognized as the reincarnation (Tulku) of an important lama of a Tibetan monastery, Tulku Thondup Rinpoche reveals a key to health and happiness. "Healing can be different things to different people, however, the most important aspect of healing is to have peace in our minds." Using basic Buddhist principles, Thondup has created a universal guide for all who wish to become healthier, happier, and more peaceful in everyday life. Thondup stresses the importance of the mind/body connection to attain overall well-being. (hosted by Michael Toms)
