Leslie McEachern has been the owner/operator of Angelica Kitchen, NYCís premier, award-winning whole foods restaurant for over 20 years. She is a well-known figure in the ecological whole foods movement, acting as a bridge between local farmers and the urban community, and celebrated for her innovative approach to food service and community. 

Alisa Gravitz is the president of Co-op America, a national nonprofit organization, dedicated to promoting socially and environmentally responsible business. She has helped shape a national agenda, and build a community of businesses and individuals committed to effecting positive change.
