Bios

Steven Foster is one of the most respected names in herbal medicine, with over 23 years of experience. He is an author of 10 books, serves on the editorial boards of several magazines, photographer, and consultant specializing in medicinal and aromatic plants. 

Jennifer Greene is the director of the Water Research Institute in Maine. 

Paul Stamets, a mycotechnologist extraordinaire, author, researcher and highly popular lecturer, is president of Fungi Perfecti. His books include include Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms and The Mushroom Cultivator. 

Terry Tempest Williams is a naturalist-in-residence at the Utah Museum of Natural History in Salt Lake City, author of numerous books, including the critically acclaimed Refuge and An Unspoken Hunger and Erosion. 

Peter Warshall, Ph.D. is well known for his extensive work in environmental impact analysis, conflict resolution, and consensus building with native American, Third World, and corporate communities. He is the editor and a frequent contributing author of Whole Earth magazine.
