The science of consciousness and how it is changing, is explored in this dialogue with Charles Tart, a scientist and pioneer in the fields of psychology, parapsychology, dreams and meditation. He discusses Eastern wisdom in a way the Western mind readily comprehends. The nature of consciousness lies at the heart of it all, for "if we don't understand our consciousness, we don't understand anything," says Tart. He also touches on the nature of soul, reality, reincarnation, science and psychology in a down-to-earth manner. He stresses the need to be mindful throughout life, because "the whole world is an art gallery when you're mindful. There are beautiful things everywhere, and they're all free." (hosted by Michael Toms)
