Welcome to New Dimensions Radio!
Our brain is an obliging servant. We train it to create neural circuits by our repeated actions and emotions. Whatever we do over and over, the brain will create circuits to support that including reactive emotional responses. A huge part of these circuits is devoted to the autonomic systems in our body that keeps our heart beating and our breath rate, etc. However, there are many neural circuits that we form which can be considered negative and reactive. The good news is that there is a larger energetic field that we can tap into and we can actually create new neural circuits to tap into this infinite intelligence. Here we explore practical ways to create new, positive neural circuits. Selbie speaks of the deep meditation experience: As you quiet the body, the mind will follow reaching a point of superconscious reality. “[W]hat you experience is so much more. It’s the infinite, immortal aspect of yourself.” (hosted by Justine Willis Toms)
