The dark night of the soul is an age-old reference to an experience we all share. But too often we avoid the experience at all costs-we immerse ourselves in idle entertainment, or numb ourselves with alcohol or television. And yet, in the words of Thomas Moore, "Darkness makes us into who we are going to become." If we can find the courage to enter into the darkness to learn what it has to teach us, we can find resources of wisdom, inspiration and transformation that are unavailable in the light of day. What can we do to turn our own difficult times into opportunities to move forward into a greater understanding of who we are? Thomas Moore brings a wealth of experience show us how we can make our way through our own darkness toward the light of dawn. (hosted by Michael Toms)
