Few qualities are more important to our health and peace of mind than resilience of spirit. Carol Orsborn was finishing a book about this very subject when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, which gave her the opportunity to put into practice the very things she had been writing about. Now healthy and cancer-free, Orsborn offers her own experience together with the teachings of spiritual masters from both Eastern and Western traditions to help us all learn to rebound gracefully from the setbacks we inevitably encounter. One of the most inspiring discoveries in her darkest hours was that "the furrows pain makes in our soul allow the joy to run through that much more deeply." (hosted by Michael Toms)
