We wanted to invite everybody, out of whatever motivation, to help come and build and donate and then provide housing for all people, regardless of race or religion. We are now in 68 countries, building in 2800 cities. We want every family in any particular locality to have a good place to live. We are building approximately 20,000 houses a year." Millard Fuller (1935-2009) was the founder and president of Habitat for Humanity International.

He is the author of many books, including:
