Deb Shapiro has found that by looking at physical ailments you can discover clues to unresolved emotions and old memories that you have yet to release. Shapiro says,"The body is constantly giving us messages. It's constantly trying to teach us. The body doesn't want to hurt us, doesn't want us to be in pain. But it's using that to help us understand ourselves more deeply, to see where maybe we're not listening to spirit, or we're not paying attention to deeply hidden emotions and feelings and repressed anger." And so Deb Shapiro takes you on an exploration of the ways you can heal your body by exploring your mind. She explains how your back, your knees, your liver, your heart, indeed each and every cell is connected in a holistic mirror of your inner life. Shapiro creates a welcoming sense of balance between the many aspects of yourself now and across your own personal history, and guides you to the ways you can uncover greater depths of healing.
