Examining alternative and complementary ways of learning about reality is a wondrous way to enlarge your perspective and become a more whole human being. Rediscovering sacred traditions, ancient cultures and your own intuition, as well as communing with nature and discovering the more holistic explanations of how things happen are some of the ways John Broomfield has found to uncover other ways of knowing. From his remote residence in New Zealand, Broomfield has discovered first hand how a close connection with nature enhances the health of both mind and body. "Many auto-immune problems are due to our failure to tune into the rhythms of a natural world." (hosted by Michael Toms)
