How would you like to consistently choose peace over conflict and love over fear? Join Jerry Jampolsky, M.D. and Diane Cirincione, partners for over 30 years, as they reveal personal and professional wisdom of practical spirituality and peace in everyday life. Sparked by his discovery of A Course in Miracles in 1975, Jampolsky draws heavily on his own spiritual development. He and Cirincione have developed special daily rituals to jump-start their day, encompassing gratitude, generosity, trust, honesty, faithfulness, patience, open-mindedness, and joy. “Practical spirituality is about taking responsibility for your own happiness and not blaming another person for your unhappiness, and truly going through life doing your best job when things go wrong, not blaming someone else,” Jampolsky says. “I think one of the tasks for us in our lives is to come back to the importance of the simplicity of everyday acts and to recognize the value and the importance that one is equally as powerful as another,” shares Cirincione. Their commitment to these principles has shaped and defined not only their lives but many others as well. (hosted by Michael Toms)
