"We are in the kindergarten of the global age," says Robert Muller, Assistant Secretary General of the United Nations for forty years. "Humanity, for the first time, is acquiring a global consciousness." Candidate for Secretary General of the U.N. In 1996, Robert Muller is chancellor of the University for Peace in Costa Rica.
