People will continue to enact the story of war until you provide them with a story of peace. Even in the face of the violence that troubles our world today, it is possible to turn the tide of terrorism and war by behaving in a way that recognizes the values shared by all of humanity, and makes the world fall in love with us. Sharif Abdullah has accomplished this miracle in his work in Sri Lanka, where suicide bombers have been reassigned to other tasks, and serve tea when he goes knocking on their doors. Hear his inspiring stories of peace, and learn about his formula for hope-there is, after all, a realistic alternative to violence. (hosted by Michael Toms)
