Intelligence is more than IQ. Goleman demonstrates how our view of human intelligence can be far too narrow when it does not take into consideration what he calls “emotional intelligence.” This dialogue provides not only intriguing information, but also solid advice about handling the pitfalls of emotionality and using it in positive ways in your relationships, work, and health. It also expands our understanding of how we learn. “It’s emotional intelligence,” says Daniel Goleman, “that allows you to use your other potentials, no matter what they may be.” (hosted by Michael Toms)
